Lane Wolfenbarger is a member of the firm and serves as the managing member of the firm’s Knoxville, Tennessee office. Mr. Wolfenbarger has been in private practice in East Tennessee since 1997 and has extensive civil litigation experience. Mr. Wolfenbarger routinely represents large corporations, including regional, national and international companies, in litigated matters. Mr. Wolfenbarger’s practice is primarily devoted to commercial truck and auto accident claims, premises liability claims, general negligence claims, construction defect claims and banking law.
Mr. Wolfenbarger is a graduate of the University of Tennessee and the Nashville School of Law. Mr. Wolfenbarger is licensed to practice in all Tennessee state and appellate courts and in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee. He is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association, Knoxville Bar Association and Grainger County Bar Association.
Mr. Wolfenbarger is a native and resident of Grainger County, Tennessee, and he is very active in his community. He serves as the City Attorney for the City of Blaine, Tennessee and serves on the Board of Directors for Douglas Cherokee Economic Authority, Volunteer Housing Development Corporation, Grainger County Chamber of Commerce and Grainger County Little League. Mr. Wolfenbarger also serves as a Deacon at Rutledge Baptist Church, as a Tennessee Achieves mentor to high school students and as a coach of youth sports, having previously coached youth baseball, basketball and flag football.
