Abigail Jones joined Shuttleworth Williams, PLLC in August 2006. Ms. Jones graduated from the University of Mississippi in 2003, magna cum laude, with a Bachelor in Accountancy. Ms. Jones thereafter enrolled in the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law. While in law school, Ms. Jones was an Associate Editor of the University of Memphis Law Review, and participated in various other organizations and leadership positions including serving as one of her class’s three Bar Governor’s. In her last year of law school, Ms. Jones received the CALI award for the highest grade in the child advocacy legal clinic. She graduated from law school in 2006, cum laude.

Ms. Jones is licensed to practice law in Tennessee and admitted to practice in the trial courts of the state, the United States District Court for the Western District of Tennessee, and the Supreme Court of Tennessee. She focuses her practice on civil litigation and has experience working for members of the Insurance Industry. Ms. Jones is a member of the American Bar Association, Tennessee Bar Association, and Memphis Bar Association. She is an active member in the Young Lawyers Division of her local bar chapter. Ms. Jones is also an active member of the Junior League of Memphis and has participated in various community projects through her work in the League.
